Six Degrees

Mark Lynas is a National Geographic Emerging Explorer. In his book, Six Degrees, Lynas predicts what changes global warming will bring to the Earth. He describes what will happen when temperatures increase by six degrees.

A. (🎧1-48) Predict. What do you think will happen when Earth's temperature increases by 1°C, 2°C, or 3°C? Discuss with a partner. Then listen to the interview and check your guesses.
